Known For

The Canins are known for their adamant loyalty, they are excellent melee combatants and they excel at hunting. Sadly like most of the other ‘beast’ races they have no true governing body under the banner of the empire and thus have little say in political matters.

Culture

The Canin culture is patriarchal and very duty-bound. From birth most Canin’s have jobs selected for them with a required four years period of which they will serve in the military. They are also very proud people. Their known for making strong bonds with others and they serve loyally until their deaths.

Well Known Families

Three-Killer – The Three-Killer family have a unique history in that they were originally a group of assassins that were bred for stealth, intelligence and speed. Their becoming so influential was after a failed attempt of assassinating three of the emperors (Hence their name). Instead of hunting down and punishing the family they were hired by the empire to do covert work.

Dedekind – Legendary warriors who during the war earned even the acknowledgment of the Pure-Breeds. To be born of this family is to be contracted into the life a soldier from birth. They are elite even amongst the elite, and they stand at the seventh ranked military family in the entire empire.

Home-world 

Perrelloious – 3, the planet has yet to become fully colonized due to the strange plant life on it. The majority of their race lives in city stations around the planet itself. The surface of their home-world is used for training their troops and weapons testing.

Notable Traits

- Their sense of smell is extreme, some even claim that they can smell time, though no data has proven this.

- They have heightened reflexes based on their instinct, but sometimes their reactions are easily predictable.
